France is recognised as being the birthplace of glove-making. Saint-Junien, Millau and Grenoble are the historic home of the industry, where traditional firms perpetuate skill and expertise of the highest calibre. Alongside Agnelle, Lavabre cadet or Georges Morand, Causse - founded in 1892 and reinvigorated from 2000 onwards – is the embodiment of the creative renewal of craftsmanship at the service of luxury.  Another developing market for French glove-makers is for protective gloves used in major industries.
